JEFFREY FRUMIN
Jeff Frumin is the CEO and Co-founder of Universal Consulting Group. Mr. Frumin is responsible for developing UCG's vision and business strategy. He has spent the past 10 years building brand names for corporate clients on college campuses nationwide. Although rooted in the college market, Mr. Frumin's career has been marked by several entrepreneurial endeavors.
In 1992, he co-founded Universal Promotions, a college-focused event marketing company with his brother, Steven. With the success of Universal Promotions, Mr. Frumin founded Event Concepts, Inc., a similar company that targeted the Washington DC student market. ECI was recently acquired.
Over the years, Mr. Frumin has helped a number of top-tier companies and brands achieve mind and market share in the college demographic. Mr. Frumin sits on a number of advisory boards and speaks at various conferences and forums for young entrepreneurs. He advises start-up companies on strategy development, capital-raising and business plan implementation.
Mr. Frumin holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from The Boston University School of Management.
CRAIG GOLDSTEIN
Craig Goldstein is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-founder of Universal Consulting Group, Inc. Prior to joining Universal Consulting Group, Craig was the Director of Corporate Development for All Star Staffing. There he was responsible for hiring new employees and redesigning the advertising, marketing and recruiting focuses of the company. In his time there, the company expanded from fifteen employees to over sixty, while simultaneously increasing revenues by 30%.
Prior to All Star, Mr. Goldstein was a Senior Financial Analyst for the Central Artery Tunnel Project. There he provided planning, scheduling and cost control support to Massachusetts Turnpike project managers. Duties included: developing work plans for construction contracts and schedules, maintaining cost baselines and providing analysis of performance metrics. He also identified project assets that could provide potential cost savings and additional sources of revenue.
Mr. Goldstein holds an MBA from Northeastern University with a concentration in Logistics and Transportation Management and a BA in Political Science from Boston University.
STEVEN FRUMIN
Steven Frumin is President and Co-founder of Universal Consulting Group. For the past 13 years, Steven has been developing and implementing on-campus and off-campus marketing campaigns as well as organizing special events for both colleges and Fortune 500 Companies.
In 1992, Mr. Frumin founded Universal Promotions Inc., Boston’s largest full service collegiate event management company. To date, Mr. Frumin has organized more than 2,500 special events for both colleges and corporations nationwide. From concept to completion, Universal Promotions plans and implements, tailored events specific to your organizations needs.
Mr. Frumin's first-hand experience with executing campaigns and special events provides invaluable strategic and tactical insight for UCG's clients.
Past clients include: Time Warner/AOL, JP Morgan, Delta Airlines, Fidelity Investments, Starwood Properties, Crate and Barrel, L’Oreal Redken, Esteé Lauder, Mtv and Clear Channel Entertainment to name a few.
Mr. Frumin holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
GLENN MORGAN
Glenn is responsible for contributing to client strategy planning.
Prior to UCG, Glenn purchased a principal portion of Interactive Factory (IFactory), and, together with the existing management team, returned the firm to profitability and growth. Glenn led the sale of the firm to RDW Group, New England’s leading independent ad agency. The firm grew to be the industry’s leading developer of online publishing and higher education solutions as Glenn engaged clients such as Cengage Learning, Monster, NBC and The World Bank. Prior to IFactory, Glenn was President and co-owner of BeeLine Internet Resources, a web firm focusing on Intranet solutions. Like IFactory, BeeLine successfully reorganized through a coordinated team effort and, following a return to profitability, was sold to a regional competitor, SkyWorld.
Prior to working in the interactive world Glenn was a Managing Director with GE Capital Consulting and a Commercial Loan Officer for a regional Bank in Lowell Massachusetts.
Mr. Morgan serves on the Board of Directors of MetaVR, a virtual reality firm and founded two non-profit organizations; the Richard Morgan Scholarship fund Project Elf, Inc. Glenn also serves Boston Community Capital as a member of the Loan Committee and the Somerville Community Development Corporation as Treasurer and Board Member.
Glenn holds a MS from MIT Sloan and an Economics BS from the University of Lowell.
